Removed the spa, extended the baja shelf full-width, and resurfaced the existing pool — then built on a 120-foot lazy river, a second waterfall, a bridge with sheer descents off both sides, and a putting-green island with 5 color-changing, light-up cups. Everything runs from a tablet, home or away, and the whole system is heated for year-round use — extending their backyard into a resort-style flow between the pool, the river, and the greens for their Airbnb guests.
